Big O Tires

Very nice workers but What’s the point of having an appointment set up for a specific time and showing up 10 minutes early if you aren’t going to take the car back on the scheduled time? I’m 9 months pregnant with an almost 3 year old and have sat here for 40 minutes now with my van not even being touched?

Excellent service! Staff was extremely helpful and honest. Another shop told me I needed the entire front end done and it would have cost me $800. I took my wife's car here cause I read the reviews saying how honest they were. I was not disappointed! They checked the issue and came back saying everything was fine. Definitely saved us a bunch of money! Will definitely be coming here for all of our future needs!

Got me in and out super fast. Reasonably priced. No crazy upsells. They even patched a tire I had bought somewhere else for free so I didn't have to buy 4 today. You really don't get service like that any more. Thanks guys!

This is a great tire and battery place. I recently had a flat on a relatively new car tire. The damage was near the sidewall and another shop correctly recommended a new tire. However, they did not carry that brand and wanted to sell me 4 new tires. Same at another shop. This Big O said they had the exact same tire and as the other tires were very low mileage , all I needed was one tire. A few weeks later I needed a battery for another car. They had it . I made an appointment . They took the car in immediately when I arrived and had me out in 20 minutes. Today we had a visitor and when she was leaving for home she had a flat tire. I pumped it up but I knew she had a 25 minute drive and would likely not make it. I had her follow me to this shop. I told them she was a friend and I would pay. They fixed the tire in 15 minutes and refused to charge me. “You are a good customer. It’s on us.” Our friend had a safe tire for her trip home. This is good, honest shop. I recommend them highly..

Brian, Brandon and whole crew are awesome! I have always taken my Fleet vehicles here and had great service. After a long time competitor Local shop near my house was bought out multiple times I decided to take our personal vehicles to this locally owned shop. Even though it's a longer drive it was well worth it! Not only did Big O crew find and fix an issue that I had asked 2 other shops to fix that couldn't figure out the problem, they also gave me great pricing and service on a few other items including tires, oil change, shocks, alignment and brakes. Highly recommend going here! You won't be disappointed! They back up their work, warranty and quality with excellent customer service!
